Introduction Join DPDzero, as we expand our finance team. We are looking for an experienced Business Finance Manager to lead financial strategy, planning, and execution. Responsibilities Pricing for Customers: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Account Receivables and Payables: Oversee and manage accounts, ensuring timely collections and payments. Plans vs. Actuals: Lead monthly reviews and analysis to identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Month-End Closing: Supervise account-level month-end closing reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Budgeting: Direct annual and quarterly budgeting processes, collaborating with various departments for inputs. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management. Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing insights for decision-making. Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team through coaching and performance reviews. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
