Job Summary

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
Experience in leading Digital Transformation Initiatives with proven success in driving and working on Digital Product development and management.
Good exposure to and practical experience in process automation programs, and data analytics projects.
Experience in process re-engineering and familiarity with principles of Lean management is preferred.
Expertise in use of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
Expertise in the fields of Automation, Simulation, Data Science and Digital twins.
Experience in Agile-based project management and design thinking.

Reasoning skills, analytical ability, agility, and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage mid-to-senior level Stakeholders and a self-starter attitude.
Innovative thinking, co-creation ability, and the ability to see through opportunities by changing perspectives.
Ability to articulate complexity and ambiguity in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
