Key Responsibilities: Define and Built the Analytics roadmap for the business Understand the organization and Business Units strategic and annual operating priorities and challenges to define a clear roadmap of analytics initiatives and use cases to be undertaken Assess potential analytics-led business growth/productivity opportunities Work with the business team to jointly define and agree on analytics-led initiatives to drive business impact and RoI on analytics initiatives Own end to end execution - Business Analytics Solutions: Conceptualize and build business analytics solutions that enable business insights improve the efficiency and effectiveness of critical business processes. Diagnostic and root-cause analytics solutions that are built in alignment with the management review systems at three levels (MC/CxO, Business Unit Level and Operating Levels) to constantly predict and improve the business performance Decision Support Analytics: Design and drive initiatives to integrate advanced analytics (AI/ML) to make the core operating processes intelligent Data Quality: Understanding of all owned and syndicated data sources. Ownership of data quality and governance Organization capability development - Create and facilitate the analytics capability vision in partnership with the HR capability teams to improve business unit s analytics quotient Develop in-house analytics knowledge-base for faster, better problem solving and horizontal scale out in to other markets/functions of need Key Skills and Requirements: Experience working on Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Commercial Excellence, New Product Planning & Launches, Sales & Operation Planning and Pricing Analytics Excellent Problem Solving Skills - Ability to visualize, articulate, and break down complex problems into components that can be collaboratively solved. Recommend decisions that are sensible based on available information Strong quantitative aptitude and ability to drive structured analytics to improve business review systems and decision support Experience in building visual analytics solutions that augment human capabilities around core operating and cross-functional processes Ability to articulate and partner at business leader levels to embed analytics into business operations and help drive change management Experience building analytics teams that are aligned to delivering on business priorities
