Product Management @ Dream11Product Managers at Dream11 strive to build a highly engaging, rewarding, safe, trustworthy and scalable fantasy sports platform. The product team conceptualises strategy, features that would evangelise it and provides a roadmap for creating thorough, user-centric solutions in form of both Dream11s consumer-facing products and the backend, internal products that orchestrate all consumer facing operations, alike. The team comprises visionaries, risk takers and go-getters who are adept at analysing fast and analysing right, identifying and keeping all the variables in consideration.

Your Role:

• You have great domain knowledge, communication and people skills that allow you to work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by bridging the business, design and technology worlds.
• You are able to deeply connect with users in order to create concepts that emotionally excite millions of users
• You can break down complex problems into measurable steps that drive product development at dream speed.
• Lead end-to-end roadmap of our delivery products in sync with business metrics
• You can define, execute and lead holistic and tactical strategy taking timely, astute decisions.
• You have experience managing a heterogeneous team of designers, software developers and testers and data scientists.

Must Haves:

• You have 8+ years of overall professional experience with 5+ years of product management experience in scaling digital B2C products as a user experience champion.
• You demonstrate empathy for customer needs and mindsets
• You are a data geek at heart with a knack for number crunching and data insights.
• You have a deep understanding and appreciation for good design and user experience.
• Interacting with engineers and designers alike
• Experience on A/B testing and working with the data team to get metric driven analysis
• You have worked in an agile environment / on scrum methodology.

Good to Have:

• Experience working in product management in a startup environment
• You have experience in software development or a sound understanding of technical architecture.
