Technology @ Dream11Our tech team is the core of Dream11s mobile-first cross-platform (desktop + mobile PWA, android & iOS) product serving more than 8 Crore users with over 50 million rpm (requests per minute) at peak concurrency.Our tech stack is hosted on AWS and is built onCloudfront / AWS API Gateway, NGINX, Node.js / Java, Redis / ElastiCache and MySQL / Cassandra as our end to end stack. Besides these, we heavily use MongoDB, Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spark, Redshift and other cutting-edge tech to keep improving Dream11's performance. As a data-driven team, we also use R, Python and other big data technologies for Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.

Your Role:

• Managing overall IT Systems, Networks, IT infrastructure and various applications working across teams
• Creating an impeccable Data security, backup Infrastructure and managing firewall devices like Fortinet/CyberROM/Sonicwalls
• Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies
• Working with Security team for Cloud Infrastructure and Security management
• Evaluating software/hardware products (free/commercial) and working with vendors, managing licensing Requirements and IT Procurement
• Working with Automation First Approach and imbibing that culture in the team
• Managing and guiding the IT Systems team for their professional growth
• Preparing financial budgets and performance reports
• Ensuring reported issues are resolved in defined SLA

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in Systems Administration with IT/Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience in Endpoint Security Solutions, SSO solutions, DNS management
• Worked on Linux and Windows Servers, with strong focus on automation
• Handled large IT infrastructure & tools with provisioning & budgeting (on premises and/or on cloud)
• Worked on high level log analysis, performance reports, trend analysis

Good to Have:

• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure / etc.)
• Good experience in team/stakeholder management
• Scripting Knowledge
• ISO 2700/ ITIL certification
• Should be familiar with MacOS operating systems and JAMF
• Experience with Web Technologies
• Good working knowledge on networking
