Business Development Executive Job in Dreamsoft4u Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the business team to collect, analyze and document, business & functional requirements.
• Hands on experience in documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows.
• Work with subject matter experts, IT professionals and software developers to define project scope and objectives.
• To provide a technical solution document to client, satisfying his business needs.
• Represent the organization in client meeting with Business Analysts, Business Team when & where required.
• Work closely with the Sr. Business Analysts and be involved in project planning sessions to develop assessments and project plans.
• Liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements.
• Involved in Project Demonstrations/Review with client during development, document meeting outcomes and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements.
• To create/maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and regularly communicate with them for potential business opportunities (Work with Post Sales Team).
• Ensuring business growth from existing clients, exploring possibilities of new business with existing clients (Work with Post Sales).

Qualifications include:

• Education B.Tech., MCA, BCA
• Skills:
  • Individual with expertise in understanding, specifying and documenting, IT related business/customers requirements and creating specifications.
  • Excellent Research and analytical Skills.
  • Excellent Quick Learning and Problem-solving Skills.
  • Strong Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
  • Strong data analysis, modeling and prototyping skills.
  • Client facing skills and the ability to work/communicate with clients.
  • Should be proactive, enthusiastic and great team player.
  • Aptitude to learn new Business Domains
  • Must be highly creative, result oriented and self-motivated individuals.

• Experience
  • Around 2+ Yrs of experience in IT industry.
  • Experience of handling international clients is preferable.
