Individually Manage Site Execution as per Drawings with strong knowledge of executing civil, interior & landscape works.
Should be capable of handling 2-3 individual projects execution with minimal guidance
Proactive with Excellent communication & Management skills
Have good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on & check BOQ
Attend regular site & Client meetings.
Assignments require independent action & decision making as well as ability to work with others.
May assist in work Planning & scheduling processes.
Estimation
Ability to effectively meet deadlines, work in team environment, communicate both verbally & in writing
Site Experience/ BE Civil with Min 60% or above
Site Engineer having a knowledge of executing Resort sites, interior Designing sites, Contractors Bill checking, estimation
