Position Summary As a Media Manager, the incumbent would handle media buying, planning, and strategy for a portfolio of brands, and would be working on integrated plans - both Digital and Offline. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for Holistic Media planning Collaborates with the team on upcoming campaigns determining best platforms, target audience, and creative strategies to implement to develop media plans. Work with brand teams and agencies to plan and execute media plans across platforms Evaluate and negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds to fulfil the media campaign requirements of the team. Implementation of data driven marketing using first party & behavioral data to drive efficiency and effectiveness Measure, optimize and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Evaluate emerging technologies/platforms and innovative solutions for the brands based on the objective Identify consumer and media trends, competition activity and share insights Partner with brands to deliver growth & excellent customer experience through connections planning annually Partner with procurement team to work joint business plans for major platforms & drive productivity Liaising with prospective media publishers to stay competitive & expand the reach Digital Landscape understanding Strong understanding of the traditional media and digital platforms Comfort with ad operations and ad verification tools Awareness of emerging/new technologies that can be leveraged to drive brand salience Regular interaction with Publishers and agency for media Planning/buying.

Qualifications

- 3-4 years of experience in Media Planning A team player, highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. Comfortable and thrives in a fast paced environment, we re rapidly expanding and you ll get to learn and contribute to this rocket-ship
