Job description
* Strategically manage the Stores in compliance with the company's policies & vision. * Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security. * Completes Stores operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning employees; following up on work results. *Own end to end operations from stock inwarding to outwarding. * Maintains Stores staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. * Exceptions needs to be handled with consensus * Ensure that all operations related matters are sorted out with relevant team * Reconciliation and work with Ground Ops to close all issues within TAT * Continuous improvement on Kaizen process & managing 5s Standards.
