Job Summary
Role: Application Support DotNetLocation: DelhiExp - 5 8 years of work experience as application supportNP: Immediate joiner or 30 daysQualification - B.Tech/BCA/MCAJob Responsibility To support productions application built on different technology and OS.
Skills Should have very good experience in production support of application runs on Windows and SQL Server DB. Manage various .net applications, Mobile app and websites. Performance monitoring of Webserver Tomcat and IIS Have provided technical support (L3) Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities on production servers (Window) after hours Should have very good experience in troubleshooting, independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. Should have good exp of cloud environment (AWS & Azure) Should have exp on SQL Server DB support Knowledge of Linux commands Good understanding of DataBase MS SQLGood understanding on traditional SDLC Have experience in source control(TFS) Coordination experience with application vendors for L3/L4 support Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes Experience of 24x7 support for critical production systems. Have used ITSM tool to manage support process Ability to organize and plan work independently Should be able to work in different shifts Should have implemented SSL/TLS on website/api
