Primary Responsibilities User research, prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and communicating design decisions, documenting detailed interaction models and UI specifications Articulate and share design thinking, decisions, and solutions with the organization showing how a user will experience your solution using data, user insights, research, and best practice Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards Advocate for users and promote human-centered design thinking Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows, and wireframes Communicate design ideas and prototypes Proactively identify UX/UI content problems such as user navigation, responsiveness, and content Drive user-centric design principles in everything you do Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
