Finance Controller Job in Ecozen

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper annual business planning exercise for all stakeholders of the company.
• Setting up proper systems and processes across the organization.
• Ensuring that the company functions at optimal working cycle level.
• Treasury and cash flow management.
• Corporate Governance and timely MIS reporting.
• Working with the Sales team for proper incentive schemes to ensure that sales and collections are achieved as per the business plan.
• Vendor Management to ensure proper supply chain management and optimal cost structure.
• Timely completion of accounting and auditing functions.
• Indirect and Direct Tax Management.
• Actual v/s Planned Tracking and course correction.
• Board & Cost Management.

Eligibility / Qualification

• CA with 5+ years experience across various functions in Finance, Accounts, Compliance, Payroll, Legal, Taxation, and MIS.
• Very strong analytical & problem structuring ability.
• Should have knowledge of SAP.
• Should be exceptional at Microsoft office- excel, PowerPoint, word.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build metrics, financial model templates, ready CMA data.
• Should be innovative, have perseverance, and have the capability to think outside the box.
• Should be a great team player, ability to manage and review the performance of the team.
• Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
