Finance Controller Job in Unboxrobotics Labs Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities

Manage the company s finances and ensure financial reporting, compliance, and accounting, etc. Manage the company s funding-related financial documentation, diligence, and coordination with internal and external teams. Structuring and owning the internal finance team at each stage of the companies growth Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organization. Ensure legal and licensing compliance with periodic scanning of business models. Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely closure of financials. Forecasting and budgeting/scenario planning, risk assessment Partner, and work closely with banks / financial institutions to support business milestones. Provide frameworks for and streamlining of operational functions across the firm.

Requirements

6 - 8 years of experience in the Finance Controller role CA certification is essential, and a Master's degree in Finance is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management. Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership
