Job Summary
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the organisation's goals and values. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Recruit, screen, and hire new employees, and oversee the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and performance management. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Develop and implement employee training and development programs to support career growth and performance improvement. Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data. Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment success rates, and training program effectiveness. Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services to the organisation. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and achieve organisational goals.
