About the Health Mission

The health mission s vision is to Enable countries to achieve universal health coverage by building digital public goods (DPGs) that strengthen public health. Our health platform DIVOC aims to enable countries to manage critical public health programs and improve the efficacy of health campaigns and deliver better health outcomes. We play the role of trusted navigators of the ecosystem that consists of governments ,multilaterals, NGOs, Market players and donors.

The DIVOC platform is operational in 5 countries and more than 1 Billion vaccine certificates have been issued through it .

As Director- Ecosystem and Growth, Health Missionyou will :

• Build and evangelise a compelling narrative for key ecosystem partners across governments, multilateral, NGOs and market players, on how digital public goods like DIVOC can help solve public health problems at scale
• Develop and implement a ecosystem development strategy to increase the reach and impact of eGov s health mission in improving public health globally
• Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact
• Orchestrate the adoption of DIVOC by working with potential partner organizations and Governments
• Conceptualize new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from corporate, foundation, government, bilateral organizations or other partnerships
• Drive a relationship management program to support partners and Government agencies
• Develop and manage events in support of eGov s strategic initiatives
• Build out the global strategy and on-boarding of partners/alliances to scale the presence and coverage for the health missions
• Be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling and managing a diverse portfolio of partners across geographies

Apply if you have:

• Experience in designing and/or managing multi-stakeholders in governments, market players, start-ups and nonprofits
• Experience in working with stakeholders in governments at senior levels
• Experience at intersection policy, technology and ecosystems is desired
• An understanding of technology and policy as applied to solving complex problems
• Experience in building or working in a start-up
• 12+ years of work experience with graduate, post-graduate degree
• Fluency in written and spoken Hindi and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated the ability and willingness to learn continuously, collaborate, and be open-minded
• Demonstrated the ability to keep aside personal bias and do what is right for the community
• Openness to staying and traveling in various parts of the world
