Job Summary Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications and work closely with Hiring Managers to finalize them.
  • Prepare and post jobs to company website, job portals, and social media
  • Source and attract best matching candidates from various sources
  • Screen resumes and job applications and qualify them for Hiring Manager s review
  • Conduct phone screening/interviews to filter candidates
  • Gather candidate intelligence, relevant skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Schedule interviews of qualified candidates with the Hiring Managers
  • Format the candidates resume as per client requirements including proofreading, preparing an experience summary aligning with the job requirements/candidate s experience
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Coordinate/Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to close the recruiting process
  • Promote company s reputation as Best Place to Work
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor recruiting best practices
  • Provide ancillary support to HR team whenever needed
  • Handle records management of recruiting/onboarding related records
Required Skills
  • Strong English communication - Oral & Writing.
  • Familiarity with US recruiting/HR terms and processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning skills
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, job portals, applicant tracking systems etc.
  • Good team player with results-oriented approach and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Qualification :
Graduation in any discipline
Experience Required :

3 to 5 Years
