  • Create and analyze job descriptions to prepare a compensation package

  • Prepare a base compensation guidelines that will match the work and business.

  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and compensation laws.

  • Conducting market s compensation and salary research to determine the threshold.

  • To conduct organizational surveys regarding compensation to understand the needs of the employees.

  • Keeping updates of the new trends in the market.

  • Ensuring the compensation is in compliance with current laws and regulations.

  • Updating the data with the relevant stakeholders.
