Roles and Responsibilities basis Key Skills on DOTSET model:

Should know how to train call centre executives

Training Delivery

Should be able to train and conduct Train the Trainer

- Should be able to deliver training sessions and on the Job, training programs

Training Operations

- Should be able to support Region wise Training Teams

- Administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment

- Based on TNI/TNA Plan, Implement and Monitor Training programs

Training Transition

- Logistical Arrangement for material in collaboration with the expansion/transition team

Training Solutions

- Content development support

- Deliver behavioral training content

Training Excellence

- Need Identification

- Build Employee Training Lifecycle

Training Transformation

- Training Need Analysis

- Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery & training effectiveness

- Be able to support cross skill and lean team deployment
