Job Description:

• Position: Full Time
• Location: Kharadi
• Reports to: Manager Counselling

Qualification:

• Female Graduate with 5 years of experience in counselling of competitive exams
• MBA would be an added advantage

The person should have:

• Excellent organizing skills and Communication (Both English & Marathi)
• Knowledge of CAT and other MBA entrance exams
• Basic knowledge of Computer and MS Office

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Monitoring working of centre and development of counsellors
• Ensure follow-ups for business development
• Responsible for the sales and revenue targets
• Ensure smooth Academic delivery across centers
• Maintain fixed assets inside the centre premises
• Co-ordination with Accounts, Scheduling and Marketing department
• Training of all products to be imparted to all the new employees
