Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the activity from order placement till delivery to improve the customer experience
  • Develop periodic transportation capacity plans lane wise, based on historical data & business forecasts
  • Ensure timely vehicle placement to fulfill the customer requirement
  • Develop the vendor for transportation to meet the capacity
  • Proactively communicate exigencies & exceptions to all concerned internal stakeholders so that timely communication is made to the customers.
  • Closely coordinate with sales, procurement, transport, COPS & accounts functions to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Work with tech function to develop various operational & strategic requirements to better develop the product offering
  • Inventory management
  • Explore the better operation plans to bring down the operational cost
  • Generate the MIS reports
  • New projects implementation

Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service operation and/or transportation operations, preferably on aggregated & managed transportation
  • Must have a proven ability to work across and coordinate with multiple stakeholders/Department
  • Should be metric-driven with a keen eye on processes. Should identify gaps in the processes & keep fixing them quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
