Job Description You will be responsible for Analog, Power Electronics Circuit Simulation and Component modeling for Automotive productsDesired Skills:1. Able to prepare Pspice models from taking relevant inputs from datasheets, suppliers and/or Improvise the Pspice model as per circuit application needs.2. Circuit principle / Design knowledge of Gate Drivers, Motor Drives, DC-DC, Boost converters, LVR, etc.3. Deep Knowledge about non-idealties of Semiconductor Power electronics components (MOSFET, Diodes, BJTs, Capacitors)4. Knowledge in ASIC Behavioral Modelling and Semiconductor components Modelling using MAST/Spice5. Has worked with simulation tools and done scripting using MATLAB, Saber, LTSpice.6. Ability to program using Tcl for Automating Circuit simulation.7. Excellent understanding of Mathematical Differential equations, Laplace, etc..8. Has a excellent understanding of Electronic Laboratory measurement methods Qualifications B.E/B.Tech Additional information 3.5-5 Years of Experience
