- Market Strategy Formulation, Research Plan Development
- Sales Achievement & Share of Business (SOB) as per prescribed sales budget.
- Strategic Formulation for Pricing/ Product Positioning
- Carrying out consecutive product price up meetings with stockiest.
- Demand Generation for Product & services
- Market Requirement Analysis
- Potential Market Identification
- Handling business agreements with the stockiest
- Constantly Evaluating and maintaining Completion Data.
- Maintain Higher level of stockiest Satisfaction.
- Knowledge of accounting, documentation, preparation of Balance Sheets and handling audits
- Ensuring the filling of all the necessary sales tax documents/ returns as per statutory requirements and ensuring C forms from all customers / dealers accordingly.
- Maintaining cordial relations, mutual understanding and co-ordination with all clients / customers.
- Maintaining all records pertaining to stock receipt, stock transfer, warranty/ sales return.
- To control inventory for maximization of stock turn ratio.
- Trained the subordinates for effective implementation of Quality Management System
- MIS/Research Analysis
- Team handling & motivation
- Ability to handle challenges & new projects.
Essential Skills:
- People from Automobile preferred
- Excellent communication skills and good at Excel.
- Analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Willing to travel
- Team Player
