Job Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to developing innovative AI models and solutions for the automotive industry. As an AI Engineer, you will work with large language models (LLMs), deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques, creating impactful AI applications. You will play a key role in AI model development, training, fine-tuning, and integrating AI solutions across automotive platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models, specifically leveraging deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• LangChain Expertise: Utilize LangChain to integrate generative AI capabilities into platforms and applications, ensuring efficient and scalable AI implementations.
• Large Language Models (LLMs): Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs), exploring new ways to enhance their performance and apply them to real-world automotive challenges.
• NLP Techniques: Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques to improve AI systems' understanding and processing of textual data.
• Data Handling: Work with large datasets, performing data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI models.
• System Integration: Collaborate with both frontend and backend teams to integrate AI solutions into automotive software platforms.
• Model Training and Fine-tuning: Lead the training of machine learning models, fine-tune them for specific use cases, and optimize for real-time applications in the automotive domain.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure successful AI application development and deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• AI Expertise: Proven experience in developing AI models, particularly using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• LangChain Knowledge: Strong expertise in LangChain and its use in building generative AI solutions.
• Large Language Models (LLMs): Solid understanding of LLMs and practical experience implementing them in various applications.
• NLP Experience: Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including text processing, semantic analysis, and machine translation.
• Data Handling: Ability to work with large datasets, performing efficient data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis.
• Frontend and Backend Systems: Hands-on experience in both frontend and backend systems, ensuring smooth integration of AI models into full-stack applications.
• Model Training: Experience in training and fine-tuning machine learning models, especially LLMs, to improve accuracy and performance.

Good to Have:

• Automotive Domain Experience: Familiarity with the automotive industry and how AI can be applied to automotive systems, such as autonomous driving, in-vehicle infotainment, and smart diagnostics.
