• 2-6 years of experience as Windows Server and Cirtrix administrator.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and requirements of citrix.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
• Intermediate skills in installation, configuration and maintenance of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Server etc.
• Should have worked on user/group creation and must understand RBAC, ACLs and sharing.
• Work on tickets created by end-users and resolve them as per the defined SLAs.
• Understand severity of an issue and escalate as and when required.
• Publish applications to citrix and troubleshoot when necessary.
• Troubleshoot access issues and other security related issues.
• Must be a good learner and must actively pickup new skills.
• Open to work in 24x7 shifts.
