Job Summary Minimum education level:o Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science.Experience:o Master/Bachelor of engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science with prior experience of minimum 6-9 years in AutomotiveSkills and competencies:Must Have:o Software development understandingo SDLC knowledgeo Waterfall / Agile methodologyo Automotive backgroundo Experience in any of the Automobile ECU like IVI, Cluster, BCM etc Nice to have:o A-SPICEo Ticket Management tools (JIRA), DOORs / DNG.o Knowledge in functional safety and ISO 26262Responsibilities:o Establish and maintain the Software specification document baseline for the projecto Create and categorize the Software requirements baseline from the System requirements documents into the requirement management tool according to the FCE-E guidelineso Lead Software requirements analysis by core-teams according to the FCE-E requirement process:o feasibility assessmento verifiability and verification mean identificationo traceabilityo Scheduling per milestoneo Report potential limitations, questions, risks raised by this review to the technical and project leaderso Assure consistency and accuracy of the requirement status in the requirement management tool,o Establish, maintain and report KPI related to requirements (acceptance, implementation, coverage) for internal team and customero Maintain the requirement and specification baseline in case of changes with the required traceabilityo Raise early alerts in case of delayed or missing workproduct expected for project milestones and in case of requirement management process deviationo Support junior team members in the day to day activitieso Plan work for team members and ensuring work execution as per plano Ensuring milestone deliveriesMindset/Attitude:o Proactive, autonomous, rigorous and quality mindset.o Strong communication skills in Englisho Sense of ownership: will do their best to get the job done and done righto Eager to learn and understand the topics
