Key Responsibilities for this position:
- Provide service support to customer for Tank gauging system.
- LTSA management and coordination with HO on renewal of AMC/CMC.
- Planning of billable job and generate KOB3 revenue.
- Coordination with HO for materiel required under CMC.
- Weekly planning of regional job.
- Support customer and other region, Incase expertise required. Assumeadditional roles and responsibilities as required.
- OFSC call logging and updation.
- Timely attending of customercall and closing in stipulated time frame.
Desired EducationalQualification:
Diploma/BE in Instrumentation / Electronics with 4 to 6 years of experience.
Technical Skills / KnowledgeRequired:
- Basic knowledge of Automatic Tank gauging system.
- Good knowledge on Installation, Erection, commissioning of turnkeyjobs of ATG.
- Basic knowledge of various digital communicationprotocols like RS485, HART, Fieldbus foundation, Wireless HART etc.
