• Responsible for handlingIT requirementsfor clients.

• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio ofsubmittalsintointerviews and placement.
• Must be havingthe capabilityto work with a team or individually.

• Publishprogress reportsto management every week.
• Goodwritten and Verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter of a minimum of 6 months to 3 years
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience of job boards like Naukri.com, Monster, and Indeed
• Strong decision-making skills
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes
