Manager - Dst Team Job in Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Private Limited

Responsibilities:

1. Has to manage a team of 10 to 12 Sales Executives working pan Bangalore.
2. The Manager is responsible for achieving the Team targets by pushing every member to accomplish their sales targets.
3. Associating with sales executives and monitoring them on day to day on their lead generation to closure
4. Conduction of events for lead generation
5. Ensuring the Sales executives meeting Architects, Plumbing consultants and Engineers promoting our products.
6. Conducting Daily huddles with sales executives one in morning and one in the evening.
7. Maintaining records of leads generated closure thereof.
8. Sharing of Data if any to Executives from time to time
9. Evaluating every individual executive€™s sale performance, margins and cost involved.
10. Time to time filling up of vacancies in executive€™s position
