Job Summary

Business Development Solutions Specialist

Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our company s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs of customers in market
  • Work with team to develop different sector wise sales strategies
  • Collaborate with team in setting and meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential prospects
    Develop and implement territory wise, platform wise and technology wise action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results you are getting in set timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Running demonstrations to the new as well as the accounts in the sales pipeline
  • Rigorous follow-ups and timely guidance to the leads in the sales pipeline to move them from one stage to the other
  • Coordinate with other pre-sales reps to ensure company standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development/sales within IT Industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Personal integrity
  • Having experience generating qualified leads from Linkedin or any other such platforms
  • Past experience for having worked in international market would be a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Proven track record of working with self-initiative and setting new benchmarks with result orientated performance
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience generating leads database from scratch
