Job Summary

Objectives of the Role:

  • Understand Customer Needs:

    • Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
    • Conduct consumer research to align solutions with customer needs in the market.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the team to develop sector-wise sales strategies.
    • Contribute to meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales and marketing tactics.
  • Lead Generation and Relationship Building:

    • Generate new leads and build lasting relationships with potential clients.
    • Organize and plan daily work schedules to connect with existing and potential prospects.
  • Action Plan Implementation:

    • Develop and execute territory-wise, platform-wise, and technology-wise action plans using data analysis.
    • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results to ensure targets are met within set timelines.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify appropriate prospects and set appointments for effective sales calls.
    • Manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
  • Demonstrations and Follow-ups:

    • Run product demonstrations for both new clients and those in the sales pipeline.
    • Ensure rigorous follow-ups and provide timely guidance to move leads through the sales process.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Coordinate with pre-sales teams to ensure company standards are met.
    • Conduct regular market research and competitor monitoring to refine strategies.
  • Sales Process Management:

    • Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
    • Adjust strategies and tactics as necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 2-5 years in business development or sales within the IT industry.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient with sales management software and CRM systems.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Lead Generation:

    • Experience in generating qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn or similar.
    • Experience in international markets is a plus.
  • Personal Integrity:

    • High degree of personal integrity with a professional approach to sales.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven Success:

    • Demonstrated ability to work with self-initiative and consistently set new benchmarks for performance.
    • Experience in building lead databases from scratch is preferred.
