Job Summary

Objectives of the Role:

  • Understand Client Needs:

    • Gain a deep and comprehensive understanding of the company s products and services.

    • Conduct consumer research to identify how the company s solutions meet market needs.

  • Lead Generation and Relationship Building:

    • Organize and plan daily schedules to generate new leads and build relationships with existing or potential prospects.

    • Develop and implement action plans for specific territories, platforms, and technologies through comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales strategies based on interactions and results.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting and Management:

    • Identify appropriate prospects, schedule appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.

  • Shadowing and Product Demonstrations:

    • Shadow product demonstration sessions for the first three months and take full responsibility for demonstrations to prospects after the initial period.

  • Follow-ups and Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Perform rigorous follow-ups and collaborate closely with the BD team to guide prospects smoothly through the sales pipeline.

  • Marketing Content Production:

    • Work closely with the BD/Sales team to develop brochures and other marketing content to support sales efforts.

  • Product Enhancement and Feedback:

    • Identify gaps in existing technological solutions and collaborate with the development team to suggest UI and functional improvements.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 0 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.

  • Core Skills:

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

    • Knowledge of sales management software and CRM is a plus.

  • Lead Generation:

    • Experience generating qualified leads through LinkedIn or other similar platforms.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Strong professionalism and integrity.

    • Ability to take ownership and work proactively.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven Performance:

    • Track record of self-initiative and achieving performance-oriented results.
