• Manage and prepare team schedules and arrange NDT visits at site
• Perform extensive marketing; compensation structure would be based on revenue earned
• Lead and widen client relationships, grievance readdressing.
• Recommend and purchase appropriate infrastructure to cope with competition
• Payment follow ups and increase client portfolio (4 Wheel Driving License preferred)
• Attend problems at site; meet with Client heads and resolve issues delicately.
• Recruit / assign workforce as need may be.
