Analyzing the Requirement.*Source candidates through a variety of resources, including: Internet sourcing (Search on job sites like DICE, Monster, Naukri etc), Employee Referrals, Creative Classified Ads as well as fully utilizing extensive in-house Corporate Database* Experience in recruiting IT talent for Software Technologies with soundknowledge of IT concepts and latest trends*Experience in recruiting US based consultants for the US based clientrequirements.*Relation building, increasing the clientele, coordinating with Hiring Managers, Third party vendors and Clients.*Rate negotiation with the Consultants either on W2 or 1099.
