Job Summary

Description Roles & Responsibilities: - Understanding Research Objectives from Client briefs and translate it into research deliverables. Responding to RFP / Proposal Design (Objective, Research design, Sample Design, Costing). Assisting in the development of strong and captivating proposals to meet client needs, based on short research briefs and/or elaborate RFPs, including assisting with costing structure, methodological design, analytical framework, etc. Proactively anticipating, troubleshooting, overcoming, and/or escalating challenges Consulting (Questionnaire Design, Analysis, Reporting & Writing) Running the Online Neuro & Emotion AI-powered research campaigns - Media EQ, Shopper EQ & Digital EQ. Drawing quantitative and qualitative Insights out of Affect Lab Emotion AI Platform towards Experience Testing campaigns. (Ad Testing, Media Testing, Concept Testing, Shopper Testing, Digital Experience Testing) . Enhancing Benchmark data for various kinds of campaigns. Working as an extension of the core Product team to provide needful feedbacks to make the Affect lab platform scale faster & seamlessly. Project management of ongoing campaigns, front-ending as Research lead with customers. Adeptly & independently handling all stages in a Customized Market Research Project. Driving client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and by providing value-added analyses and responses to special requests. Undertaking sales activities (Upselling /Cross-Selling ) independently or in conjunction with senior members in terms of preparation and delivery of proposals and credentials. Ensuring the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper. Contract costing to meet the agreed budget targets. Identifying and recommending enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs. Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within the client Organisation. You are the right fit if you have: Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies. Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis Strong interpersonal skills Very Good Influencing & Persuading Skills Excellent project management skills Strong understanding of consumer behaviour Requirements 6 to 8 years experience in Quantitative & Qualitative Consumer Insights role Knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis Have an exemplary understanding of Quantitative & Qualitative Research processes & methodologies. Bachelors/Masters, a degree in Marketing/Market Research will be preferred
