Job Summary

Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build sales strategies to support the team and ensure all of the work is being done as per the quarterly targets
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Constantly conduct market research and stay up to date on the current standpoint of the marketplace and the competitors
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities for the organization
  • Keep prospective client database constantly updated
  • Take ownership for the end-to-end sales cycle for a client, right from the onboarding to the execution and delivery of services to them, and everything in between
  • Upsell/Cross-sell to existing clients and maintain positive customer relationship with them
  • Support in writing new business proposals
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, retention of customers, etc.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must have good negotiation skills
  • Must be able to create good presentations and deliver them
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener
  • Must possess the ability to work under pressure
  • Must be a good problem solver and a critical thinker

Required Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA or equivalent

Salary: 15k/Month + Incentives
