Job Summary

Job Description Role & responsibilities Sales: Drive Channel Sales for the assigned territory and meet the annual revenue target Territory Management: Execute a detailed mapping of the entrepreneurs in the assigned territory; Develop an action plan for regular engagement with the entrepreneurs Relationship Building and Regular interaction with the entrepreneurs; Work closely with them to get business forecasts, details of the orders Work with the entrepreneurs to build their order books and generate streams of revenue Work Closely with the identified training centres to onboard new entrepreneurs Conduct regular interaction sessions with the youth undergoing training in associated training partners and educate about entrepreneurship Branding: Work with the entrepreneurs to understand their branding requirements. Reporting: Sending daily activity report with details of Order Booking, Lead Generation, and Invoicing Market Intelligence: Keep a track of the latest market trends and information about competition and share the same Preferred candidate profile Mandatory: 4-6 years of work experience in channel sales in rural market Mandatory: Background in FMCG, Electrical, Hardware segment Preferred: Background in Solar Business Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/ Diploma / Science Graduate Good verbal and written communication skills (Knowledge of English language is mandatory). Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel preferred Fluency in Local Language will be preferred
