Own merchandising strategies for all categories that will focus on customer segmentation, testing,
analyzing and reporting results.
Plan, coordinate, and execute merchandising to drive customer traffic to our listed items.
Drive the marketing strategy and execution to grow and develop our Private label Collection.
Own multiple team KPIs for customer engagement, developing strategy to drive results over short and
long-term
Manage and drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives and process change initiatives, to enable
Marketing to attain our Business Plan
Manage a team of 10 to 20 with responsibility of a department, within a very fast-paced/ time-critical
and demanding environment
Set/clarify requirements and expectations for Marketing Assistant Managers and Team Leaders
Measure performance through metrics, providing feedback, and holding front line associates
accountable for their performance and the performance of the task they are assigned to handle
As needed partner with Astt. Managers & TL s to establish corrective plans to insure that department
meets objectives
Leverage ideas of other Business Unit Managers and Team Leaders to source and nurture creative
improvement plans for Marketing eco system
Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all work types and shifts
Be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department
Work closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Admin, HNIT and Automation Manager) to build and
secure support and resources for projects and initiatives
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures
