Job Summary

JobDescription:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Closeoperation with the Payroll Operate Germany& deliver payroll processingservice including ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing,associated activities

  • Establish,maintain and develop strong and trusted client relationships that result inhigh client satisfaction and act as a primary day to day contact for assignedclients

  • Managingenquiries from clients, internal regional service centres, and local officesvia our case management tool, ensuring full resolution in line with companySLAs.

  • Detailedfocus on review of all payroll activities performed, quality, accuracy, andtimeliness of payroll related activities as assigned and serve as SubjectMatter Expert (SME).

  • Scheduleyear-end process with clients if not already set in the payroll calendar(prefer run, set time of input/output data as well as transfer, communicationto customers)

  • Sharedomain and technical expertise, providing technical mentor ship and cross -training to other peers and team members.

  • Support forSpecial requests and point of contact for ongoing & special Projects incoordination with the Manager

  • ProcessingISAE audit requests & SV/LST audits in coordination with the manager

  • Preparationof billings in consultation with the manager

  • Adhoc reporting and other duties as required


Technical Skills andQualification:

  • 5-8 yearsof experience administering German payroll along EU Payroll experience

  • Bachelor /Post Graduate degree in Commerce/Science

  • Successfullycompleted tax-related or commercial qualification with further training as apayroll accountant, as well as initial work experience in tax advisory andknowledge of income tax and social security law

  • Experiencein Microsoft Office suite products& DATEV (desirable)

  • Excellentlanguage knowledge of English and basic knowledge of German or/and thewillingness to learn. Willingness to travel, especially Germany

  • EffectiveTeam player, proven ability to work effectively either as an individual ormember of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels

  • Open to work in different shift timings
