Roles and Responsibilities

Liaison & manage relationships with Banker/Lenders for fund raising
Preparing & providing data needed by Banker/Lenders as & when required
Capable of independently preparing the annual Business Plan/CMA for submitting to the Banks & good in MS-Excel

Desired Candidate Profile

Liaison with Trustee & Legal Counsel for Loan Docs
Obtaining NOC s from Lead Bank,Trustees etc for Individual TL
Debt related docs & ops activities including liaison with RTA,Exchange & other parties
