Improve Systems/ deploy Lean Management Techniques at Supplier, ensure sustenance Development of tools, Gauges fixtures required at Supplier Improve Supplier performance by closely working with supplier and CFT by improving Productivity and Systems at supplier Help business unit to achieve/ improve its cost by efficient supply chain practices Supply through 100% DOL- Direct On Line Supply DE Risk of suppliers. Training of Suppliers to Use Lean Manufacturing Techniques effectively Cost saving through better utilisation of processes and materials/li> Desired Skills and Experience : 10 15 Years of experience in SCM BE/DME Having good knowledge of Supplier development and Costing Hands on implementing Lean Manufacturing Systems at Supplier Hands on experience in working with Sheet Metal , Plastic moulding and Pressure die casting component suppliers
