  • Experience using CRM/sales software preferred
  • While basic knowledge of promotional products industry is helpful, training will be provided.
  • Fluency in an additional language would be an advantage, in particular French, Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Demonstrated advanced writing, editorial, and research skills.
  • Must be proficient with computers and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Works well in a team setting.
  • Must be organized and able to set priorities and meet deadlines with high quality work.
  • Must be willing and able to accept constructive criticism and refine skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily sales operations
  • Contact Discovery via Professional networking sites, like LinkedIn, zoom info, jigsaw, inside view etc.
  • Market Research, Contact Discovery and Profiling
  • Pre- Sales, Cold Calling and Lead Generation.
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
  • Converting the right business opportunity/lead to an appointment for the client.
  • Establish sales goals and metrics.
  • Making outbound US calls.
  • Someone from IT Industry with US Market experience will be preferred.
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion.
  • Set appointments for Business Development Sales Manager or Director of Business Development for program discussion and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads.
  • Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments.
