Job Summary

Job Description:

This position s primary responsibility is for sales of Excelity s services in Western Region of India, as individual contributor.

Numbers driven, self-motivated and resourceful individual to lead and manage all sales/business development efforts in given market, including market development, prospect activity, achieving growth targets and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

As a business accelerator the incumbent spearheads sustained revenue growth from new logo acquisition, creates external demand for HR services with existing Excelity clients as well as prospects, and positions Excelity to win business in given region.

Experience:

  • Overall 8+ years of total full time work experience.
  • At least 3 years of domain experience in Payroll/HCM/Staffing/Banking-Salary Group or Corporate Group/Group Corporate Insurance selling as Sales Leader in Western Region of India. Proven dexterity in winning enterprise accounts single-handedly.

  • Strong Domain Knowledge.
  • Building and Sales Process adherence.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prowess in seizing control of pitch at any stage of sales cycle in rapid-change atmospheres.
  • Relationship Building, networking skills with prospect top management/CXO .
  • Commercial Acumen - Competence in creating complex pricing models.
