Job Summary
  • Processing requests received from customers within the defined TAT.
  • Coordination with different departments & resolving issues/clearing pending items.
  • Handling queries & complaints from field/other departments related to service requests.
  • Routine/periodic MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)
  • Adhering to audit & regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring & clearing terminated contract suspense/unit balance regularly.
  • Taking initiatives regularly in improving processes & systems.
  • Managing the team effectively.

Skills Required :
  • Knowledge of applications/systems (CRM/AS400/Impact) [Especially For internal candidates]
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point presentation).

Qualification :
  • 4+ Years of experience in Life Insurance preferably from Policy Servicing department.
  • Graduate with Computer Proficiency with Insurance background
Experience Required :

Minimum 4 Years
