LOCATION: AHMEDABAD COMPANY: EXIMIOUS GLOBAL PVT LTD NO. OF POSTS: 5
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting candidates for our clients from Multiple Industry (IT, Healthcare & Non-IT).
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Head Hunting from Job Market.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Providing candidate as per the requirement from the clients.
- Handling the entire pre-joining processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum educational criteria is Bachelor Degree / Diploma holders or equivalent experience.
- 2 + years of prior experience in UK healthcare industry.
- Excellent fluency in English communication is must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
