Job Summary

What do we want? Product Launch & GTM Strategies: Lead and execute product launch campaigns, ensuring readiness and alignment with overall business objectives. Develop and refine Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, optimizing the product s positioning in the market. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and execute decisive, competitive, and relevant portfolio and product positioning during launches and throughout product lifecycles. Transform market insights, customer intents, and competitive intel into differentiated value propositions. Create compelling use cases and narratives linking customer challenges and opportunities to our product solutions. Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and positioning. Formulate strategies to exploit competitors weaknesses and counter their strengths. Customer Insights & Feedback: Utilize customer insights to enhance product features, improve user experience and increase customer satisfaction. Conduct A/B testing and collect feedback to refine and validate messaging. Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with comprehensive sales enablement materials including playbooks, battle cards, demos, and pitch decks. Collaborate with sales to gather insights, refine strategies, and optimize performance. Event Messaging and Collateral: Develop compelling and cohesive messaging for events that aligns with the overall brand narrative and event objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of event messages across various platforms and touchpoints. Measure the impact of event messaging, gather feedback, and optimize for enhanced audience engagement in future events. Create event collateral like brochures, infographics, decks Content and Campaign: Research and develop comprehensive whitepapers that provide detailed insights, analyses, and solutions to industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Create engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts that address the interests and challenges of our target audience, driving traffic and engagement. Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns, leveraging data analytics, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing techniques. Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and ROI. Website Messaging: Refine and optimize product messaging on web pages to ensure clarity, engagement, and conversion. Implement A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to continually enhance the messaging for effectiveness and resonance with the target audience. Work on strategies to increase page engagement, ensuring content relevancy, visual appeal, and intuitive navigation to keep the audience engaged and drive conversions. Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling, informative, and engaging content. Develop and optimize call-to-actions and user journeys to increase demo trial sign-ups. What do we look for? Experience: 6-10 years in strategic product marketing (B2B SaaS), preferably in the CCaaS, CPaaS, and CAIP domains MBA preferred. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities. Robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Proficiency in synthesizing complex market inputs into actionable strategies.
