What s this role about:

We are looking for an Human Resources associate, who can take care of our employee experience part of the Business. Your day today task may involve,

• Working closely with Human Resources Head and executing all the efforts that are essential for employee experiences.
• Conducting online team building activities, engaging cross functional teams across locations and coming up with strategies to conduct actives that are engaging, giving team-spirit to all the employees.
• Taking care of daily admin tasks that are related to employee experience, example - Inductions, Birthdays and Anniversary celebrations.
• Help Human Resources team in few parts of hiring related work, candidate experiences, etc.
• Taking care of insurance filing, vendor management and a few to add on, related to Human Resources and its functions.

What s you should be having?

• Good to have exposure as a Business Partner
• Bringing 1+ years of Human Resource experience to the table
• Must be a great communicator, verbally or otherwise.
• Preference will be given to students from Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutions
• Should be able to trust the power of team-sprint and team-work
• Good to be a self motivated person with zeal to motivate others to do their best
