Business Analyst Job in Facile Technolab Pvt Ltd

The Technical Business Analyst will support the Technology and Product Teams with the delivery of products and initiatives across the organization.

The Role

• You ll working closely with key business stakeholders, Product Owners, Product Managers, and engineers to translate business needs into tangible and practical solutions
• You ll be developing technical workflows, defining quality user stories, acceptance criteria and other agile requirements
• You ll demonstrate proven analytical skills with a can do attitude we re looking for someone who can propose, document, and deliver
• You ll help facilitate and run workshops to understand business needs and gather requirements

Skills, attributes & experience we re looking for:

• You ll have solid experience as an agile/technical BA (ideally within a banking or financial services environment) with the ability to work closely with your business to understand how they work and what you are trying to solve for
• You ll bring a strong understanding of the agile development process, working from inception, through discovery and design, and through delivery
• You ll have experience developing user stories and managing them in a scrum environment
• You ll have excellent stakeholder management and engagement experience
• You ll have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to facilitate and run workshops
