Ability to lead a group of 4-5 of synthetic chemists.Through knowledge in terms of interpretation of analytical / spectral data especially 1H and 13C-NMR.Through knowledge about scale up activities / HAZOP studies.Proficiency in on-line literature search using Scifinder / STN / Beilstein etc.Planning and execution of the projects.Proficiency in on-line literature search using Scifinder / STN / Beilstein etc.

Minimum Requirements

Phd,MSC(Organic chemistry)8 to 15 years of experienceknoledge on literature search using schifender,stn and documentationAbility to manage 4-5 chemists under them
