Good Communication skills. Should have working experience in multiple technologies ranging from backend to frontend. Strong concepts in Databases, both SQL and NoSQL. Should be able to lead a team to success. Good to have backend technologies - Java, Spring , Node, Python. Good to have frontend technologies - Javascript, React , Angular, HTML/CSS. Experience with Scrum/Agile software development. DevOps skills - Unix, bash, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, git, dockers, Kubernetes. Good to have cloud-native skills like AWS or Azure. Good to have mobile development skills.
