Technical Lead / Technical Pm Job in Owen Mitten Private Limited

Job Description Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and developers, including assigning tasks and ensuring that team members are meeting deadlines and producing high quality work. Collaborating with other teams and departments within the company, such as product management and design, to ensure that the team's work is aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Act as the primary point of contact for the team with external stakeholders, such as clients or vendors. Act as an authority figure on technical matters and make important decisions on technology choices, design, and architecture Participate in code reviews and ensure that the team adheres to best practices and coding standards Keep abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies and share that knowledge with the team to help them improve their skills and capabilities Participate in the hiring process of new team members and help with onboarding and training Ensure that the team is meeting project milestones and deadlines and addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise. Track the team's performance and progress, and report on it to senior management. Continuously strive for improving team performance and productivity Requirements Engineering degree in Computer Science / BCA / MCA with 2+ years of software development experience In-depth knowledge, experience, and expertise in developing highly scalable distributed, multi-tenant-based microservices platforms using the latest technologies Expertise in API-driven platform development and integration. Must have proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of software development projects. Must have led, managed, and mentored a small team of engineers.
